I’ve been training with Austin for past 9 mths, and felt that he is one of the experienced trainers around. I started out as a newbie in the gym to now comfortable training in the gym.
Austin is focused on my training objective and makes every training session challenging (& somehow fun as well). My fitness has increased noticeably, I’ve seen improvements in my ability to lift progressively heavier weights, and i find my body more toned. I actually look forward to each training session.
Importantly:
- Austin ensures that my form & technique are always correct to avoid injuries.
- Adjust the workout to fit me since I have past injuries.
- Explain clearly the steps in details and muscle group involved in each workout.
- Taught me how to plan my workout.
- Provide diet and nutrition advice for calories deficit
I thoroughly enjoy Austin's training session and would recommend Austin to anyone looking to improve their fitness.
